To play a card that targets a system (including a specific kind of planet), click and drag it to that system in the map. All persona and ship cards that do not specify a target must be deployed at an industrial planet you control.

To play a card that targets a player, click and drag it to the Player Info Box, to the avatar of the player you�d like to target.

To play a card that targets the galaxy, click and drag it to any section of empty space in the map. You�ll see a purple line leading to the Galaxy Status if a card is queued up to play to the galaxy.

To play a card that targets an entity (including a specific kid of entity, such as a persona or ship), you have two options:

• Click and drag the card to a fleet icon in the map. This will target the first valid target in that fleet. This is the faster way to target an entity, but if you want be more specific when dealing with multiple entities, you can:
• Click and drag the card to an entity listed in the Information Panel. This lets you target a specific entity in a crowd. If you click and drag a card to a fleet icon in the map area, then hold over that icon, it will open up the Information Panel for that fleet, allowing you to then drag your card to the final target.

To cancel a card play, just click and drag on a darkened card, then release the cursor anywhere in the Hand Area. The card will no longer be queued up for play and can be reassigned to a new purpose, if desired.
