	Bombardment Phase Index -> Playing the Game -> Execution Phase -> Bombardment Phase In this phase, each bomber at a planet automatically destroys one random enemy citizen at that planet. (Remember, bombers that are powering up cannot do this.) This phase is skipped if the galaxy is at peace.
